Job Summary

TYKA Sports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales representatives, production, dispatch, accounts, and other internal departments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer orders, requirements, and order status.
- Prepare and maintain sales orders, quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, delivery schedules, and other requirements.
- Coordinate with Production and Dispatch departments to ensure timely order completion and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, pending orders, dispatches, and sales activities.
- Update customers and sales executives regarding order progress and delivery status.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure regular follow-up until completion.

Requirements

- 2 – 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination,



Sales Support, Back Office, or Customer Coordination.
- Experience in the garment, textile, sportswear, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of sales order processing and dispatch coordination.
- Experience in handling B2B customers and dealer/distributor orders.
- Basic understanding of inventory and production coordination.
- Good email drafting and qualified communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
