Job Description – Order Pricing Executive

**Position:** Order Pricing Executive

**Location:** SEEPZ, Mumbai

**Industry:** Jewellery Manufacturing

**Experience:** 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities

* Prepare **pricing and quotations** for jewellery orders based on product specifications.

* Calculate jewellery prices based on **gold weight, diamond/gemstone details, making charges, wastage, and other applicable costs**.

* Verify order details, product specifications, and costing before finalizing prices.

* Coordinate with **Sales, Production, Accounts, and Merchandising teams** for order-related pricing.

* Maintain accurate records of quotations, order pricing, and revisions.

* Check and update **gold and diamond rates** as per company guidelines.

* Identify pricing discrepancies and resolve them promptly.

* Ensure pricing is accurate and completed within the required timelines.

* Prepare pricing reports and maintain proper documentation.





* Handle confidential pricing and customer/order information.

### Required Skills

* Good knowledge of **jewellery costing and pricing**.

* Understanding of gold, diamond, making charges, wastage, and other jewellery costing components.

* Good knowledge of **MS Excel** and basic computer operations.

* Strong numerical and analytical skills.

* High attention to detail and accuracy.

* Positive communication and coordination skills.

* Experience in the **gold/diamond jewellery industry** will be preferred.

Qualification

* 12th pass or Graduate.

* Relevant experience in jewellery pricing/costing preferred.

### Salary

**₹30,000 – ₹32,000 per month**, depending on experience and skills.
