The Business Development & Operations Executive will provide administrative and operational support to the business development team to ensure efficient workflow and smooth execution of sales processes. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating internal processes, maintaining client records, assisting with client communication, and generating reports to support business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development Support
- Provide operational and administrative support to the business development team.
- Coordinate internal processes to ensure efficient workflow and timely execution of business activities.
2. Documentation & Records Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, contracts, and policy documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of all business-related documents.
3. Client Communication & Support
- Assist in responding to client inquiries regarding insurance products, services, and procedures.
- Provide necessary guidance to clients regarding documentation and process requirements.
4. Client Follow-up
- Follow up with clients to collect required documentation and complete onboarding or service processes.
- Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. CRM & Database Management
- Maintain CRM systems and internal databases with updated client details, sales activities, and communication records.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all client records.

Reporting & Business Insights
- Generate regular reports and analytics related to sales performance, client interactions, and business activities.
- Support business decision-making by providing relevant data and insights.
7. Compliance & Market Awareness
- Stay informed about changes in insurance laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Communicate relevant updates to the team and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid organizational and documentation management skills
- Good communication and client servicing abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in CRM systems and database management
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Insurance / Financial Services / Sales Operations / Client Servicing
- Familiarity with insurance products, documentation processes, and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
