About the Role
We’re looking for a Video Editor & AI Content Creator with 1–2 years of experience to join our team.
The primary focus of the role will be editing short-form videos based on scripts and briefs provided by the team. We’re also looking for someone who can bring their own creative perspective, suggest better ways to edit a video, and brainstorm ideas that can make our content more engaging.
You’ll also get the chance to use AI tools to create and enhance visual content and experiment with new ways of producing content.
What You'll Do
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms
- Turn scripts and briefs into engaging, well-paced videos
- Work with footage, captions, music, transitions and visual elements
- Suggest creative edits, formats and ideas to make videos more interesting
- Use AI tools for video/image generation and creative experimentation
- Keep up with social media trends, editing styles and emerging AI tools
- Work closely with the team to create and iterate on content
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in video editing/content creation
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut or a similar editing tool
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, music and visual composition
- Working knowledge of AI video/image generation tools and prompting
- Ability to follow a script while also bringing creative ideas to the edit
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for engaging content
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Location: Bangalore / Remote across India
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: 1–2 years
Work Mode: Candidates based in Bengaluru will work from the office. Candidates based elsewhere in India can work remotely during the same working hours.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
