Position: Legal Counsel / In-House Lawyer
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day legal matters, contracts, agreements, notices and legal documentation.
- Draft, review and negotiate employment, vendor, commercial and business agreements.
- Advise management on labour laws, employment matters, HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Handle consumer, e-commerce, marketplace, advertising and brand-related legal matters.
- Review agreements related to vendors, influencers, agencies, distributors and business partners.
- Handle legal notices, disputes and coordinate with external advocates when required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and maintain proper legal records.




- Identify legal risks and provide practical advice to management.

Requirements:

- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- 2–5 years of relevant corporate/in-house legal experience.
- Solid knowledge of Labour Laws, Employment Laws and Commercial Contracts.
- Exposure to Consumer Protection, E-commerce and Advertising Laws preferred.
- Excellent legal drafting, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage routine legal matters.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
