- Prepare customer bills based on weighbridge slips, quantity, and approved rates.
- Handle cash, UPI, bank payments, receipts, and petty cash.
- Maintain daily billing, cash, sales, and collection records.
- Reconcile cash, sales, and weighbridge/dispatch data.
- Verify transporter bills, vehicle trips, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with Weighbridge, Dispatch, Sales, Production, and Accounts teams.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
- Maintain invoices, receipts, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Report billing discrepancies, cash shortages, or excesses to management.
- Ensure proper cash control and compliance with company procedures.
Pay: ₹10,029.42 - ₹20,000.00 per month
