Ecopmin Technologies is looking for a Service Engineer - SMT Equipment to join our team in Chennai.

Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Location: Chennai
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – ECE / EEE / Electronics / Electrical

Key Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of SMT equipment at customer locations
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of SMT machines
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of machine issues
- Maintenance and support of Pick & Place, Printer and Reflow equipment
- Machine calibration, changeover and parameter setting
- Customer-site technical support and issue resolution
- Preparation of service and maintenance reports
- Coordination with customers and internal technical teams
- Willingness to travel for customer support and project requirements

Required Skills





- Hands-on experience in SMT equipment/machine maintenance
- Experience with Pick & Place / Mounter
- Exposure to SMT Printer, Reflow, AOI and SPI
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance
- RCA / 5-Why troubleshooting skills
- Positive technical and customer communication skills
- Willingness to travel
