We are looking for a Tele Customer Executive to make customer calls, handle queries, and complete daily call targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily calls to customers.
- Complete assigned call targets.
- Talk to customers politely and professionally.
- Handle customer questions and provide basic support.
- Follow up with customers when needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in telecalling or customer support.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Fluency in any 2 of these languages: Hindi, English, Malayalam, or Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Good internet connection and proper WFH setup.
