Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Automotive Recruitment / Team Lead - FMCG Recruitment to lead recruitment delivery for automotive clients and manage a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for automotive industry requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and understand hiring requirements, SLAs, and expectations.
- Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-ups, and joining closures.
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, TAT, and quality of profiles.




- Ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements and replacement management.
- Prepare and review recruitment MIS and performance reports.
- Coach team members and support their performance and development.
- Drive process improvement and ensure adherence to recruitment SOPs.

Requirements

- 4–6 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Experience handling Automotive recruitment / FMCG Recruitment is preferred.
- Prior experience in a staffing/recruitment consultancy is preferred.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Good team-handling and leadership abilities.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
