Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and visually appealing social media creatives, posts, stories, reels covers, banners, and digital advertisements.
- Assist in designing campaign creatives, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Develop creative concepts and translate briefs into effective visual communication.
- Adapt designs according to different social media platforms, sizes, formats, and client requirements.
- Assist with branding and visual identity projects.
- Perform basic photo editing, image manipulation, retouching, and creative enhancements.
- Work closely with the creative, content, marketing, and client servicing teams.
- Make design revisions based on feedback and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, typography, layouts, and visual styles.
- Research current design trends, advertising references, and social media formats.
- Explore and use AI-powered design tools to generate ideas, concepts, and creative variations.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Figma, CorelDRAW, InDesign, or other design tools is a plus.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong creative thinking and an eye for aesthetics.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and execute ideas.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and accept feedback.




- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Knowledge of AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of advertising and digital marketing.
- A portfolio of college, personal, freelance, or previous design projects.
