- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Ability to utilize low-code platforms and standard tools for application development and maintenance.
- Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring system stability during updates.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application performance.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.

- This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.
