Oversee daily on-site construction operations to ensure civil projects are executed safely, accurately according to design plans, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Manage daily construction tasks, sub-contractors, and site crews.
- Technical Guidance: Interpret architectural/structural blueprints and resolve in office engineering challenges.
- Quality & Safety: Conduct stage inspections, verify raw material quality, and enforce safety protocols.
- Progress & Estimation: Track project timelines, log daily progress, and monitor material usage/BOQs.
Requirements
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of on-site supervision experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in blueprint reading, AutoCAD, site surveying, and team leadership
