### Position: QC Inspector

**Industry- Engineering / Manufacturing

**Location:- Vapi, Gujarat

**Reporting To:- QC Manager

**Salary:- Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month

**Qualification: - Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

**Experience: - Minimum 3 Years

### Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
Conduct dimensional and quality inspections as per drawings and specifications.
Handle and operate measuring instruments, including:

- Vernier Calipers
- Micrometers
- Bore Gauges
- Dial Gauges
- Perform and monitor various NDT / testing activities, including:
- Pneumatic Testing
- Hydro Testing
- Eddy Current Testing
- Surface Finish Measurement
- Borescope Inspection
- Thickness Measurement
- Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Record inspection results and maintain relevant QC documentation.




- Coordinate with production and QC teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Follow company quality procedures, inspection standards, and safety requirements.### Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments
- Practical knowledge of NDT and inspection techniques
- Good understanding of mechanical components and manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
