Job Description – Admission Counsellor

Position: Admission Counsellor
Employment Type: Full-Time

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate can apply.
- Candidate must have minimum 02 years of experience in admission counselling, student counselling, or education sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills required.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, career scope, and admission procedures.
- Handle admission inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Guide students in selection of appropriate programmes as per their interests and eligibility.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
- Coordinate with departments and admission team for smooth admission processing.
- Assist students in completing application forms and required documentation.




- Achieve assigned admission targets and contribute to institutional growth.
- Participate in admission drives, career fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding enquiry status and admissions progress.

- Admission Head / Management (as per institutional structure)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
