About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and technically strong Project Engineer to execute and coordinate Nurse Call Systems (NCS), Pneumatic Tube Systems (PTS), and associated ELV/MEP works at hospitals and other customer sites.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, site coordination, project planning, monitoring work progress, coordinating with customers and execution teams, and ensuring timely completion of projects as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engineering & Drawing

- Prepare and modify MEP / ELV layout drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare NCS and PTS system layouts, equipment locations, routing and installation drawings.
- Review architectural, electrical and MEP drawings and identify coordination requirements.
- Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.
- Coordinate drawings with consultants, contractors and customer engineering teams.

2. Site Execution & Coordination

- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project execution.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors and internal execution teams.
- Supervise installation of NCS, PTS and associated electrical/ELV infrastructure.
- Coordinate cable routing, conduit, wiring, networking and equipment installation.
- Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.

3. Project Planning & Progress Monitoring

- Prepare project execution plans and activity schedules.
- Track daily/weekly project progress against planned milestones.
- Coordinate manpower, materials and site requirements.
- Maintain project progress reports and installation checklists.
- Identify delays,



site constraints and dependencies and escalate them appropriately.
- Support project completion, testing, commissioning and handover.

4. Electrical / Plumbing / ELV Coordination
The candidate should have practical knowledge of:

- Electrical wiring and cable routing
- Conduits, cable trays and containment systems
- Basic electrical DB/power requirements
- Plumbing and piping coordination
- ELV systems
- LAN/networking and IP-based systems
- Equipment installation and termination
- Coordination between electrical, plumbing, civil and ELV works

5. NCS & PTS Project Execution

- Understand installation requirements of Nurse Call Systems including controllers, nurse stations, room units, door indicators, emergency call points and associated wiring/networking.
- Coordinate installation of Pneumatic Tube Systems, including stations, carriers, pipe routing, bends, diverters, blowers and associated electrical/control requirements.
- Assist in system testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with service/technical teams during commissioning.
- Prepare installation and commissioning documentation.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant project execution experience.




- Experience in ELV, MEP, healthcare projects, hospital projects, automation or building services will be preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD.
- Should be comfortable working at project sites and travelling across India.
- Should be able to independently coordinate with customers, contractors and site teams.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Should be willing to take ownership of project execution rather than only performing office-based engineering work.

What We Expect

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, site-oriented and capable of taking ownership of a project from drawing to commissioning.

The ideal candidate should not be limited to preparing drawings. He/she should be able to read drawings, understand site conditions, coordinate with multiple agencies, guide technicians, monitor progress and solve practical execution problems at site.

Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites across India is required.

Pay: ₹239,837.93 - ₹800,772.46 per year
