Main Responsibilities

- Project Planning: Define the project scope, set transparent objectives, and build detailed timelines.
- Budget & Resource Management: Allocate money, equipment, and staff efficiently while tracking all expenses.
- Risk Mitigation: Spot potential roadblocks early and create backup plans to keep work on track.
- Stakeholder Communication: Share regular progress updates with clients, team members, and upper management.
- Quality Control: Monitor results to ensure the final output meets high standards and satisfies client expectations
