We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with schools and educational institutions, and contributing to the growth of our education-focused products and services.

Candidates with 0–2 years of experience, particularly those with exposure to EdTech, schools, education sales, or institutional business development, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, references, and field visits.
- Connect with schools, educators, school management, and other key decision-makers to understand their requirements.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s products/services to prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or internal systems
- Participate in school visits, education events, seminars, exhibitions, and other business development activities as required.




- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, pipeline, meetings, and conversions.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, or related roles.
- Experience in EdTech, school sales, education services, or institutional sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with school principals, coordinators, teachers, and management.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for school visits and meetings when required.
