Service Coordinator (Solar) - Gurugram. EcoWatt is hiring a Service Coordinator for its solar service and after-sales team, handling rooftop and AgriPV plants across Delhi NCR. Key responsibilities: log and track customer complaints, AMC visits and warranty claims from receipt to closure; schedule service technicians, plan daily routes and confirm attendance at every site; follow up with customers on visit timing, spares and resolution status; coordinate spares and material with the stores and purchase teams; maintain service reports, AMC schedules and monthly performance summaries for management. Requirements: graduate or diploma holder with 2+ years in service coordination, preferably solar or electrical; valuable spoken Hindi and English; comfortable with Excel and CRM software. Office-based role in Gurugram with occasional site visits across Delhi NCR. Multiple openings, immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
