About Us
SUNMICRO INDUSTRIES is a manufacturer of Solar Energy and Electronic Equipment with a strong Pan India presence. We are expanding our operations in Rajasthan and are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our Jodhpur office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, social media, and other job portals
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee documentation
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
- Support day-to-day HR administration and office operations
Eligibility
- Btech Graduate with MBA or BE with MBA (HR) preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment or HR Operations
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Experience using recruitment portals (Indeed/Naukri) is preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
