Job Description:
We are looking for an Insurance Operations Manager / Executive with solid and complete knowledge of Life Insurance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day life insurance back-office operations.
- Manage policy processing, issuance, servicing, renewals, and documentation.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams.
- Handle policy-related queries and pending cases.
- Maintain MIS, reports, records, and documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance cases.
Requirements:
- Complete knowledge of Life Insurance processes is mandatory.
- Prior experience in Life Insurance Operations / Back Office preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage operations independently.
Note: This is a pure back-office role with no field sales responsibilities.
