Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from international customers and understand their requirements.
- Convert incoming customer inquiries into successful sales.
- Recommend suitable products/services based on customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets, conversion, revenue and productivity KPIs.
- Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions to close sales.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and call quality.
- Accurately update customer information and sales details in CRM.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order/service fulfillment.
- Maintain adherence to process, compliance and quality guide
