Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and communication-oriented Pre-Sales Executive with 0–2 years of experience to support our sales team in lead qualification, customer communication, product presentations, follow-ups, and converting prospects into qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products/services.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Conduct initial customer discussions and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and appointments.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain lead status.
- Prepare and share product/service information, quotations, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
- Support the sales team in achieving lead-generation and conversion targets.




- Coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the pre-sales process.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills

- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and customer follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain products clearly.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales environment.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also be considered.

Preferred Profile

- 0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Support.
- Candidates with experience handling Hindi-speaking will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
