About the Role
You will be the single point of contact for a set of our clients. You will own a set of our client relationships over phone and WhatsApp. Depending on your strengths, you will work in one of two areas:

- Customer Support: order updates, complaint resolution, and payment follow-up.
- Pre Order Team: calling clients, sharing current arrivals and taking orders.

In both roles, you own every client issue until it is closed. That includes follow-ups, coordination with our internal team and keeping clear records.

What We Are Looking For

- You finish what you start without being reminded.
- You are organised and detail-oriented.
- You speak fluent Hindi and simple, professional English.
- You are comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets.
- You handle business information with integrity.
- You are punctual and disciplined.

Experience
2+ years in customer support, tele-calling or tele-sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
