About the Role

The MUR & MUR Division of Regenix Drugs Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Marketing Executive to support the growth of its Medical Devices and Bio-sciences portfolio across

India.

Based in Chennai, this is a field-oriented role involving product marketing, customer engagement,

lead generation, market development, and business development across India.

We are particularly looking for science graduates and candidates with experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, bio sciences, diagnostics, life sciences, healthcare, laboratory products, or related scientific industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Market and promote the division’s Medical Devices and Bio sciences portfolio across India.
- Identify new markets, customers, institutional accounts, distributors, channel partners, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, healthcare professionals, laboratories, scientists, research institutions, colleges, procurement teams, distributors, and other decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads, conduct customer visits, and actively follow up on business opportunities.




- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations and effectively communicate product applications, technical features, and scientific/clinical benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Support the development of distributors and channel partners across India.
- Participate in relevant conferences, exhibitions, workshops, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer needs, industry developments, and new growth opportunities.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, conversions, and market feedback, and provide regular updates to management.

Skills & Requirements

- Fluency in English is mandatory, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tamil, Hindi, and/or other Indian regional languages are an added advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand and confidently communicate scientific and technical product information
- Comfortable interacting with healthcare professionals, scientists, institutional customers, distributors, and procurement teams
- Comfortable with field-based marketing and customer engagement
- Must be willing to travel regularly across pan India
