House of Heroes is a fast-growing fashion and e-commerce brand, and we're looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to join our team. As we grow, we believe in creating growth opportunities for our employees as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily orders and returns across e-commerce marketplaces.
- Pack and dispatch orders independently while ensuring accurate QC and packaging.
- Raise claim/support tickets for return, logistics, and payment issues.
- Follow up with marketplace support teams until tickets are resolved.
- Maintain order, return, and claim records in Excel.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to pack orders themselves as part of daily operations.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good written and spoken English communication.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
