We are looking for a Creative and experienced Content Creator who can develop engaging, high-quality content

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute Reels, short-form videos, photoshoots, carousels, stories, and other social media content.
- Handle content creation from concept development to shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Visit project sites regularly to capture construction progress, interiors, architecture, walkthroughs, and project highlights.
- Create content that showcases the company's projects, brand, people, culture, and achievements.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, captions, hooks, and storytelling ideas for social media.
- Coordinate with the marketing, design, and project teams to gather content and project information.
- Stay updated with Instagram/Reels trends, social media formats, viral content, and audience behaviour.
- Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines and professional standards.
- Analyse content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule.

Required Skills

- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in Content Creation / Social Media / Digital Content.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,



Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent skills in video shooting, editing, photography, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Valuable understanding of social media trends, algorithms, engagement, and content strategy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements.
- Experience in real estate, construction, architecture, interiors, lifestyle, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be:

- Highly creative and visually oriented.
- Confident in handling camera and on-site content production.
- Comfortable travelling to project sites in and around Mysore.
- Able to work under deadlines and deliver content consistently.
- Passionate about social media, video content, and digital branding.
- Someone who can take ownership of content creation rather than only handling editing.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
