Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated SMT Service Engineer to join our team in Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of SMT machines and related production equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and service SMT machines and equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and software-related machine issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of SMT equipment.
- Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Support machine installation, calibration, testing, and commissioning.
- Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide technical support and basic operator training to customers.
- Maintain service reports, installation reports, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with internal technical, sales, and production teams for customer requirements.




- Ensure customer machines are operating efficiently with minimum downtime.
- Travel to customer locations across Gujarat and other regions as required.
- Follow company safety procedures and service standards.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of SMT machines, PCB assembly, and electronics manufacturing processes.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits.
- Knowledge of PLC, sensors, motors, drives, pneumatics, and machine controls will be an advantage.
- Ability to read electrical/electronic schematics.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a technical team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sanand, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- SMT Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
- SMT Service engineer: 1 year (Preferred)
