Since these courses are being developed specifically for a digital/online learning environment, we are particularly looking for professionals who are confident and engaging in front of a camera, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, logically and in a learner-friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned subject, the selected faculty/SME may be responsible for:

- Developing and/or reviewing university-level online course content.
- Preparing structured learning materials based on the prescribed curriculum.
- Developing lecture scripts, presentations, study materials and digital learning resources.
- Creating MCQs,



quizzes, assignments, case studies and other assessment materials.
- Providing subject-specific examples, practical applications and relevant industry perspectives.
- Ensuring academic accuracy, originality, clarity and consistency of the content.
- Reviewing and validating course content developed by the academic/content development team.
- Incorporating relevant contemporary developments, technologies, tools and industry practices where applicable.
- Working closely with the content development and academic coordination team.
- Meeting agreed project timelines and content delivery schedules.

Candidate Profile

We are particularly looking for young, dynamic, smart and technically strong professionals who can combine subject expertise with an effective online teaching presence.

Candidates should ideally have:

- Strong expertise in one or more of the listed BCA/MCA subjects.
- Teaching / training / academic experience at college or university level is preferred.
- Relevant industry experience will also be considered for specialized technical subjects.
- Excellent conceptual and practical knowledge.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and learner-friendly manner.
- Confidence and comfort in delivering lectures in front of a camera.
- Ability to create an engaging learning experience for online students.
- Experience with online teaching, e-learning or digital content development will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per hour
