We are looking for a Project Manager / Product Owner with 4–5 years of experience to manage projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of product/project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality.
- Gather, understand, and document business/product requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Design, and QA.
- Define and prioritize requirements, user stories, and product backlogs.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and provide project updates.
- Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues and blockers.
- Support product planning, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
Required Skills:
- 4–5 years of experience in Project Management / Product Ownership.
- Strong understanding of project management and product development processes.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Positive knowledge of requirement gathering, user stories, and backlog management.
- Strong stakeholder and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Fintech/Banking/Financial Services experience will be an added advantage.
- PM certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred.
- Willingness to work from Mumbai.
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
