Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Data Entry Operator to oversee the manufacturing of kids' garments in our fast-paced e-commerce production unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production cycle in to the system —from fabric sourcing to finished product—to ensure efficient production, quality, and timely fulfillment of online orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee Daily Production: Manage entries of the day-to-day operations of the kids' garment production floor, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high quality. Ensure orders are completed on time for fulfillment and shipping.
- Inventory and Material Management: Ensure the timely availability of materials required for garment production (fabric, trims, packaging). Work with the procurement team to avoid stock-outs and optimize material usage, minimizing wastage.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed production records, including daily output, material usage, defect rates, and labor hours.



Prepare reports for senior management on production performance and challenges.

Qualifications

- Skills:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ERP or production management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up weight.
- Comfortable working in a production environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.

Work Schedule

- Full-time position. Flexible hours or shift work may be required depending on e-commerce order volumes (e.g., weekends, extended hours during peak seasons).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
