We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Customer Sales Executive who can represent our brand in retail stores and directly interact with customers.

The main responsibility of the candidate will be to approach customers, understand their needs, explain products in a simple and convincing way, and encourage them to make a purchase.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact directly with customers inside assigned retail stores.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product benefits, features, and proper usage clearly.
- Answer customer questions and handle basic product-related queries.
- Encourage interested customers to try and purchase the products.
- Create awareness about our products among potential customers.
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image.
- Collect customer feedback and share common questions or objections with the team.
- Track and report daily customer interactions and sales performance.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team and store staff when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable interacting with and approaching customers.
- Confident, energetic, and presentable personality.
- Ability to explain products in straightforward and engaging language.
- Good customer-handling and basic sales skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
- Hindi communication is required.
- Marathi communication will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer handling, promotion, or direct sales will be preferred.

Key Objective

The primary objective of this role is to provide a positive customer experience, effectively explain products, build customer trust, and increase direct sales through effective in-store customer interaction.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
