About Labket

Labket Merchandise is a custom merchandise company specializing in designing and manufacturing personalized T-shirts, uniforms and promotional products. We are building a brand that educates, inspires and connects with businesses across India. Supply and manufacturing support for this role will be managed through Labket’s Lucknow or Delhi operations.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (B.D.E.) based in Varanasi to build Labket’s B2B customer base. This is a hands-on field sales role for someone who enjoys meeting business owners, understanding requirements, presenting samples and converting enquiries into orders.

The core sales cycle: Prospect, Visit Show Samples, Understand Requirement , Quote, Follow Up, Convert Order, Build Repeat Business.

What You Will Do

- Identify and approach prospective B2B customers in Varanasi and nearby markets.
- Visit printers, T-shirt vendors, uniform suppliers, garment businesses, institutions, corporate buyers, promotional-product vendors and other bulk buyers.




- Carry and present Labket product samples/catalogues and explain product options.
- Understand customer requirements including quantity, fabric, sizes, colours, customization and delivery needs.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
- Generate opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals and social media/digital channels.
- Work with the operations team for costing and prepare/send quotations to clients.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations and take ownership of the sales cycle through deal closure.
- Coordinate with Labket’s Lucknow/Delhi team for product availability, production, supply and dispatch.
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline and customer database/CRM, and share relevant market feedback with the team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
