Job Title: Installation and Service Coordinator

Location: GN Mills, Coimbatore. (Complete Office work)

Experience Required: 2 to 3 years

Responsibilities:

- Generate, schedule, and manage work permits required for installation and service activities.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are obtained prior to commencing work.
- Manage service calls related to dust and fume extraction systems efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to address any technical challenges that may arise during the installation and commissioning of air pollution control equipment.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all service activities, including maintenance and repairs performed on the systems/machine.
- Maintain regular communication with team members to provide updates on project status, service schedules, and resolution of any issues encountered during servicing.
- Ensure that all documentation meets the standards set by ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).




- Coordinate with the service team to address any delays or issues that may arise during the servicing process.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and service support in mechanical and electrical domains.
- Proficiency in service report generation, documentation, and ISO standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Hindi must.
