Job Purpose:
To provide efficient, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Explain menu items, specials, and beverage options to guests.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel/restaurant standards.
- Set up and clear tables, restaurant areas, and service stations.
- Ensure proper mise-en-place before service.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area.
- Prepare and present bills accurately and handle payments as required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory, stock replenishment,



and closing duties.
- Promote additional food and beverage items when appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented and well-mannered.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.
- Teamwork and time-management skills.
- Good personal grooming and hygiene.
- Previous hospitality/F&B; experience is preferred.
- Relevant hotel management or hospitality qualification is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
