- 2–4 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
- Strong experience in US IT recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.
- Good understanding of US work authorizations and employment types.
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, JobDiva/Bullhorn/Ceipal, or similar ATS/CRM tools.
- Knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, SAP, React, Angular, etc.
- Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and quick-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
