Job Description – E-Commerce Growth Specialist ( Amazon, Flipkart , Meesho )

We are looking for an E-Commerce Growth Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and growing sales on the Amazon, Flipkart , Meesho marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart , Meesho marketplace.
- Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, and keywords.
- Manage inventory, pricing, orders, and product catalogue.
- Handle Amazon PPC campaigns and monitor advertising performance.
- Track sales, conversion rates, ACOS, and other key performance metrics.
- Monitor account health and resolve Amazon-related issues.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to improve sales.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably Amazon marketplace.
- Positive knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & all other platforms.
- Understanding of Amazon SEO and product listing optimization.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
