About the Role
We are looking for energetic and responsible Field Collection Officers (FCO) to manage field-level collection activities, maintain customer relationships, support JLG operations, and assist the branch team in generating new business leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to customers for timely collection of loan installments.
- Handle JLG (Joint Liability Group) loan collection and ensure regular repayment from group members.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue and pending payments.
- Maintain proper records of daily collection, customer visits, and payment status.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and JLG members.
- Assist the Branch Manager and team in lead generation and sourcing of potential customers.
- Identify prospective customers and refer qualified leads for new loan business.
- Support customer verification, documentation, and other field-level activities.
- Ensure compliance with company collection policies and procedures.
- Submit daily field visit and collection reports to the reporting authority.
- Coordinate with the branch team for collection, customer service, and business development activities.
Eligibility
- Education: +2 Pass / Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; candidates with field collection, microfinance, NBFC, banking, or sales experience will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel locally.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.
- Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
