- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Restaurant as Captain or Senior Steward
- Good knowledge of restaurant service operations
- Responsible for managing the service team during the shift
- Allocate tables and duties to stewards as per business requirements
- Ensure proper and timely service to guests
- Handle guest requests, complaints and feedback professionally
- Coordinate with Kitchen and Cash Counter for smooth operations
- Ensure correct order taking and proper food service
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness and restaurant hygiene
- Train and guide stewards on service standards and guest handling
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the restaurant
- Maintain discipline and professional behaviour within the team
- Able to handle busy hours and manage the team efficiently
- Positive communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of POS/order-taking system will be an advantage
