- Experience in feasibility studies of styling data CAS-0 to Class-A for Lighting – Headlamp, Taillamp (tooling direction, draft analysis, Homologation checks, Surface quality etc.)
- Master Section Development, 3D CAD modelling of Engineering surfaces and considering other vehicle parts packaging like E&E; , BIW & GSM parts etc.
- Interaction with Development Team / Suppliers / Tool makers for Mfg. Feasibility ,packaging / tooling feasibility study.
- Incorporation of Changes suggested in DFM/DFS/DFA, CAE, DMU feedback, Service & Mold flow simulation etc. into engineering design.
- Benchmarking study for competition vehicles and systems for packaging, performance, assembly etc. at vehicle level and tear down level.
- Preparation of SOR/Technical Requirement Document for Lighting parts
- Drive optical performance improvement through simulation, prototype testing and design optimization
- Work effectively in a team workplace with a cross-functional team
