Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Officer to drive sales growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, knowledge of local markets, and experience managing distributors, retailers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits across assigned urban and rural territories.
- Generate business through retailer onboarding, distributor engagement, and outlet expansion.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation and product pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Drive primary and secondary sales and ensure regular product movement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and stock availability at outlets.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Implement promotional activities, schemes, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, market trends, and customer demand.
- Handle order booking, payment collection, and outstanding follow-ups.
- Maintain daily sales reports, DCR,



MIS, and other required sales records.
- Supervise and coordinate with the field sales team when required.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG / Food Industry.
- Experience in team supervision will be preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of local markets, distribution channels, and territory management.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and handle field sales pressure.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting tools, DCR, and MIS.
