MIS Analyst | 1–5 Years Experience

- Prepare, maintain, and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data trackers.
- Robust working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data formatting, and data analysis.
- Collect, validate, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and databases.
- Monitor and track key business metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect required information and resolve data-related queries.
- Manage multiple tasks and ensure timely completion within defined deadlines.
- Identify discrepancies, trends, and gaps in data and provide relevant insights.




- Maintain proper documentation and records of reports, data, and processes.
- Support process improvement and automation of recurring MIS activities wherever possible.
- Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis requirements from management and business teams.
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced MNC environment.
- Experience: 1–5 years in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or a related role.
- Education: Graduate degree in any relevant discipline.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
