Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Executive to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day store operations, assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth functioning of the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and assist customers with product selection and queries.
- Handle sales and achieve assigned store sales targets.
- Maintain proper product display, availability, and store presentation.
- Assist in stock checking, inventory management, and replenishment.
- Ensure products are properly arranged and labelled.
- Handle billing and basic cash/payment-related activities when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the store.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the Store Manager when required.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and store procedures.




- Support promotional activities, offers, and product launches.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Requirements

- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous retail or customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management is preferred.
- Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities independently.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and on holidays as per business requirements.
