Job Summary

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled UiPath & Generative AI Application Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support, maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement for enterprise automation solutions built using UiPath and GenAI technologies. The candidate will ensure high system availability, resolve production issues, optimize bot performance, and support AI-driven business processes.

UiPath Support

- Support UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, Studio, and Automation Hub solutions.
- Monitor bot execution, queues, assets, and schedules.
- Deploy and manage automation packages across environments.
- Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Maintain automation documentation and operational runbooks.

Generative AI Support

- Support GenAI solutions utilizing OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.
- Monitor AI service performance, token usage, response quality, and API integrations.
- Troubleshoot prompt failures, model response issues, and integration defects.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers for issue resolution.
- Assist in prompt tuning and optimization activities.

Monitoring & Operations

- Utilize tools such as:
- UiPath Insights
- Dynatrace
- AWS CloudWatch
- Azure Monitor
- Splunk/AppDynamics (if applicable)

- Analyze logs, alerts,



and application performance metrics.
- Implement preventive and corrective actions to reduce incidents.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify automation and support process enhancements.
- Recommend performance optimization opportunities.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and release activities.
- Contribute to knowledge management and operational excellence initiatives.

Application & Production Support

- Provide L2/L3 support for UiPath bots and GenAI-enabled applications.
- Monitor production environments and proactively identify issues.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.
- Troubleshoot bot failures, automation exceptions, and integration issues.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely issue resolution.
