About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Manager to oversee and coordinate day-to-day site execution for residential and commercial interior/architecture projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, manpower management, material coordination, quality control, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients as required.
- Manage and supervise site workers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timelines.
- Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, storage, and usage at the site.
- Check measurements and workmanship and identify any discrepancies or quality issues.
- Read and understand architectural, interior, and working drawings.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, measurements, and records.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely solutions.
- Ensure proper safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the project site.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned work.




- Report project progress, material requirements, manpower requirements, and site issues to management.

Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant experience in site supervision/site management, preferably in interior design, architecture, construction, or modular/interior projects.
- Good understanding of interior and civil work execution.
- Ability to read architectural/interior working drawings.
- Strong knowledge of materials, measurements, finishing, and basic construction processes.
- Good manpower and contractor management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in residential interiors, commercial interiors, or turnkey projects.
- Knowledge of modular furniture/kitchen installation will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and site coordination skills.
