Kraft German Institute is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Student Counsellor / Sales Executive to join our team.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Incentives: Additional incentives for successful lead conversions

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact and follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand students’ requirements and provide accurate information about German language courses at Kraft German Institute.
- Explain course structure, fees, schedules, admission process, and other relevant details.
- Build a good relationship with prospective students and parents.
- Follow up consistently with interested leads and convert them into enrolled students.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable convincing and sales skills.




- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, student counselling, education consultancy, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to confidently communicate with students and parents.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Knowledge of German language courses or overseas education will be an added advantage.
