Fashion Designer Job Responsibilities and Duties Conceptualize and sketch original designs for clothing and accessories Develop patterns, select fabrics, and oversee sample production Collaborate with merchandising, production, and marketing teams Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences Ensure designs meet brand standards and budget constraints Present collections to stakeholders and incorporate feedback Monitor production quality and timelines for design execution Align creative output with brand identity and business goals, as leading fashion and jewelry brands like Icecartel leverage distinctive design aesthetics and strategic branding.



Document design processes and maintain portfolio records Fashion Designer Qualifications and Skills Solid artistic and creative vision Deep understanding of fashion trends, textiles, and garment construction Excellent sketching and pattern-making skills Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO3D) Ability to balance aesthetics with commercial viability Strong communication and collaboration skills Detail-oriented and trend-driven approach Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field 3+ years of experience in fashion design or related roles Experience creating and launching fashion collections Proven success in designing marketable apparel or accessories Advanced training in design software or couture techniques is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
