Position Title: IPD Executive (In-Patient Department Executive)

Department : IPD / Patient Services

Reporting To: IPD Incharge / Hospital Administrator / Operations Manager

Location: Wellsun Medicity Hospital at Vrindavan located at Lucknow.

Basic Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on qualification and experience)

Appearance & Grooming Standards:

- Neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
- Mandatory hospital uniform with ID card.
- Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene.
- Polite, courteous, and patient-friendly behavior.
- No casual attire, slippers, excessive jewelry, or strong perfumes during duty hours.

Qualification:

- Graduate/Post Graduate - BDS/MDS & Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Diploma/Certification in Hospital Administration will be an added advantage.

Experience:





- 1–3 years of experience in Hospital IPD, Patient Relations, Front Office, or Healthcare Operations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient handling and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Documentation and record management.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours:

- As per hospital duty roster.
- Rotational shifts, week-offs, and public holiday duties as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
