Qualification

- M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university/institution.
- Qualification as per Indian Nursing Council (INC) norms.
- Relevant nursing specialty preferred.
- Strong academic background with excellent communication and teaching skills.

Experience

- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant teaching experience may also apply.
- Experience in nursing education, clinical training, or student mentoring is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver nursing theory and practical classes effectively.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct and supervise clinical and laboratory training.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and clinical activities.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences,



and departmental activities.
- Support research, academic development, and institutional activities.
- Maintain academic records and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
