We are looking for an energetic, customer-oriented, and reliable F&B; Associate / Assistant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent dining experiences to our guests by serving food and beverages efficiently and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests warmly upon arrival.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and present menus to customers.
- Serve food and drinks promptly according to established service standards.
- Ensure dining tables, service stations, and dining areas are kept clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Answer guest queries about menu items, specials, and ingredients.
- Assist with clearing tables, resetting setups, and managing side-work duties.
- Handle cash or card payments at checkout when required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery and customer satisfaction.
