JSE Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled MEP BIM Modelers with hands-on experience in Revit MEP and AutoCAD to work on international and large-scale building projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, or Electrical BIM modeling, along with knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, shop drawings, and construction documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop accurate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP based on design drawings and project requirements. Model MEP services including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and/or Electrical systems. Prepare and update LOD 200, 300, 350 and 400 models as per project requirements. Create detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built models. Perform MEP coordination with Architectural, Structural, and other MEP disciplines. Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage. Identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues. Incorporate design changes, consultant comments, RFIs, and site requirements into BIM models. Prepare sections, plans, elevations, schedules, and BIM documentation. Maintain model accuracy, naming conventions, worksets, and project standards. Coordinate with BIM Engineers, BIM Coordinators, Design Engineers, and projecteams. Follow project-specific BIM standards, workflows, and international codes/specifications. Support model audits and quality control before submission.



Maintain proper BIM model version control through BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) where applicable.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Autodesk Revit MEP – Mandatory AutoCAD Navisworks Manage BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) MEP BIM Coordination Clash Detection Shop Drawing Preparation Construction Documentation LOD 200–400 Modeling Family Loading and Basic Family Creation MEP System Modeling Basic understanding of BIM standards and workflows.

DISCIPLINE EXPERIENCE

Candidates with expertise in one or more of the following disciplines are preferred: HVAC Ducting systems Chilled water piping Ventilation systems Equipment modeling Diffusers, grilles, and accessories HVAC coordination PLUMBING Domestic water supply Drainage Sanitary systems Storm water Soil and waste piping Plumbing fixtures and equipment FIRE FIGHTING Fire sprinkler systems Fire hydrant systems Fire pump room modeling Fire piping Fire protection equipment ELECTRICAL Cable trays Conduits Lighting systems Power systems Electrical equipment Electrical coordination QUALIFICATION Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline. Relevant BIM certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
